My name is Steven Rimmasch. I am a NASM certified personal trainer with 10+ years of exposure in the world of fitness and athletics. I have also worked with and learned from CSCS Strength Coaches at the collegiate level. The expertise and knowledge I bring into programming is "bang for your buck"; the best out there.

Personalized training programs are the way to go. Generic fitness advise from Instagram accounts or exercise magazines isn't effective. However, most people can't afford in person training sessions. I get it, it's expensive. Online coaching allows for the guidance of an expert, while also not destroying the wallet.

Everybody should have access to fitness guidance that will help them achieve their goals. That is what O-Town Fitness + Athletics is all about. I want the city I love, Ogden, to continue to be a healthy place where people are active and well!

1 Month Program: Base Package

$20 per month

  • One over the phone meeting/consultation to discuss goals and directions we can take.

  • Two workouts a week for four weeks. (8 workouts for the month)

  • Access to an exercise library with all of the exercises found in your program.

  • One video call in the month to discuss the workouts/how they went/what we could change.

1 Month Program: Boosted Package

$50 per month

  • One over the phone meeting/consultation to discuss goals and directions we can take.

  • Three workouts a week for four weeks. (12 workouts for the month)

  • Access to an exercise library with all of the exercises found in your program.

  • Two video calls in the month to discuss the workouts/how they went/what we could change.

  • Video analysis of movement patterns.

  • Text reminders to motivate you for your workout.

1 Month Program: Premium Package

$80 per month

  • One over the phone, meeting/consultation to discuss goals and directions we can take.

  • Unlimited workouts and programming upon request for one month

  • Access to an exercise library with all of the exercises found in your program.

  • One video call a week to discuss the workouts/how they went/what we could change

  • Video analysis of movement patterns.

  • Text reminders to motivate you for your workout.

  • Weekly email with some of the best sources/articles about health and fitness and my take/application on them.
